[Hanoi & HCMC] Economic Mission 2019
From April 8th to 11th, an Economic Mission visiting Vietnam was led by the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte, with more than 100 representatives from the industries and knowledge institutions. The aim of this Mission was to strengthen the economic cooperation and political relations between Vietnam and the Netherlands. During the Mission, businesses were given insights into both markets, provided matchmaking opportunities to grow potential partnerships in Agri & Horticulture, Water, Energy, Logistics and Services sectors. Among the diverse programs throughout the week, there were a Roundtable on Customs and Business Mixer with DBAV and the Delegations on April 11th, following up by a Holland Trade Reception in the evening. Also, under the observation of the Mission Delegations, two Memorandums of Understanding have been signed between the Dutch Business Association in Vietnam (DBAV) and the Netherlands Vietnam Chamber of Commerce on April 10th, and between DBAV and NLinBusiness on April 11th. These signings were the proofs of mutual agreement between DBAV and partners for the committed development of a Business Hub and Dutch-Vietnam business community. DBAV would like to take this chance to thank all members and honourable guests for your participation at the events. We do look forward for your kind attention and other cooperation opportunities in the coming period.
