In Vietnam, industrial parks and factories spend significant resources maintaining infrastructure that deteriorates quickly in tropical conditions. Wood structures typically last only 2–5 years, while steel components are prone to corrosion—leading to repeated replacement cycles and operational inefficiencies. UPP! offers a proven solution: durable plastic planks and poles that do not rot or corrode, with a lifespan exceeding 30 years. This delivers 30–60% lifecycle cost savings while improving safety and reducing maintenance effort. Our materials are already widely used in Europe in demanding outdoor environments and are now being introduced in Vietnam. Key applications include: • Maintenance-free walkways and working platforms • Reusable pallets for industrial logistics • Long-life fencing and outdoor infrastructure elements We work with clients through a pilot-first approach—starting with small-scale installations to demonstrate performance before scaling across facilities or industrial parks. UPP! is currently seeking partnerships with industrial park developers, manufacturers, and ESG-focused organizations to deploy scalable, circular infrastructure solutions in Vietnam.
