Royal HaskoningDHV Vietnam: Enhancing Society Together

Our world today faces many challenges, like flood protection and reducing energy consumption. Together with clients and partners, we strive to contribute to a better society and improve people’s lives by designing smart cities airports, ports, buildings and more; making them more environmentally friendly and healthier. We are proud to have been serving Vietnam since 1985 when we rehabilitated a sea dike destroyed by a typhoon. Since then we’ve been undertaking many projects, from providing clean drinking water to designing the artificial ‘Lotus Island’ in Phu Quoc.

Royal HaskoningDHV is an independent company delivering engineering, consultancy and project management services since 1881. We have more than 200 professionals in Vietnam and almost 6,000 professionals operating from across the world who are eager to innovate and co-create with clients and partners to have a positive impact on people, our living environment and the economy. More and more we connect the digital with the physical world. Together with clients and partners, we use data and algorithms to solve new challenges and prevent problems. Enhancing Society Together!

Add value

Across Vietnam, we work closely with public and private clients to support their business with better and faster execution of their ambitions. Recently, we designed and led the construction of water supply plants for rural areas in Ba Ria Vung Tau, to improve the delivery and quality of water. We provided structural design review services for several residential towers development in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, to deal with the rapid urbanization and create multi-functional and future-proof cities. For a cleaner, safer and healthier industrial sector, we did the design and project management of building a garment manufactory in northern Vietnam for TAL Apparel, to reduce energy consumption and facilitate a healthy and safe working environment for the employees. We increased the efficiency of the transport infrastructure in the. Mekong Delta Region in an integrated and safe manner by means of multi-modal transport, to support sustainable economic growth, include development and protect fragile ecosystems.
