VanderLeun Vietnam is a Dutch company specializing in electrical systems and solutions for shipbuilding and marine projects. Based in Hai Phong, the company works closely with international customers and partners while fostering a young, dynamic, and multicultural working environment in Vietnam.

As part of its commitment to building a more active English-speaking and international workplace, VanderLeun Vietnam is currently looking for 2–3 international students, expats, or foreign volunteers already based in Hai Phong to join the company through a flexible internship / cultural exchange opportunity.

Beyond supporting daily activities across departments, the initiative aims to encourage more natural English communication and cultural exchange between Vietnamese employees and international participants. Team members from HR, Administration, Accounting, Sales, Projects, and Production are all eager to strengthen communication skills and connect with different cultures.
