TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE GIFT VOUCHER

• The Gift Voucher can be redeemed as a part of the fee for 01 person to register for the Well-being Platinum and/or Well-being Remedy package offered by Mentally Fit Vietnam & GeneStory.
• The Gift Voucher is valid for a single transaction only before the expiry date.
• The Gift Voucher is transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. No financial invoice will be issued for the value of the Gift Voucher.
• The Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions of Mentally Fit.
• Before using, the Gift Voucher holder needs to provide Mentally Fit with the code of the Gift Voucher.
• In all cases, the decision of Mentally Fit will be the final decision.
