After four consecutive years in the Top 21 (Smart 21) and in the Top 7 for the first time in 2021, Binh Duong Smart Area has been honored as one of the Top 7 communities with smart development strategies by ICF in 2022. This is the second time Binh Duong province has entered the Top 7 ICF, alongside many smart cities in the world.

In 2021 and 2022, Becamex IDC ranked first in the list of Top 10 Prestigious Industrial Real Estate Companies by Vietnam Report. Meanwhile, VSIP Group, a joint-venture between Becamex IDC and Sembcorp (Singapore), came second. Concurrently, Becamex IDC is also honored as one of the 50 best-listed companies in Vietnam for 2 consecutive years by Forbes Vietnam.
