DBAV Car Rally with Land Rover Vietnam

The recent car rally organized by the Dutch Business Association Vietnam (DBAV) in collaboration with Land Rover Vietnam was a resounding success, blending business networking with adventurous leisure activities. With 15 enthusiastic participants, the rally spanned two days, taking them from Ho Chi Minh City to the picturesque Anantara Resort in Mui Ne.

Day 1: Coastal Route to Mui Ne

We kicked off at 7:00 AM at a local café in District 7, where all members gathered to have a cup of coffee before hitting the road to Mui Ne. Our licensed instructor gave safety instructions, and we took a group photo to capture the moment, eagerly awaiting more adventures ahead.

Off we went, taking the off-the-beaten track, winding up the mountain and down to the sea. We had lunch at one of the most beautiful resorts in Binh Chau, taking a Vietnamese-style shared lunch and making several stops until we finally reached Mui Ne! 

Our members rested at the fabulous five-star resort, Anantara Mui Ne, after a 5.5-hour drive. Everyone returned to their rooms, relaxed by the pool, and got ready for an intimate dinner in the evening. Then we dined together at one of the most beautiful and vibrant seaside restaurants, laughing a lot, and feeling even stronger bonds between us.

Day 2: DBAV - Land Rover Experience and we take the highway going back

After a good rest, some members decided to play golf in the early morning and enjoy the sunrise. Meanwhile, others with adventurous spirits chose the dirt and backroads to experience more of what Land Rover could offer. We departed with three different car models, exploring hidden roads rarely visited and switching cars to feel the differences among them.

Our journey concluded at a lively local seafood restaurant where we enjoyed fresh seafood and refreshments. Then, we took the breathtaking highway back to HCMC, arriving by 4:00 PM on Saturday.

Everyone was happy and hugged each other, thankful for the wonderful two days we had, eagerly looking forward to the next opportunity to gather like this again.

Conclusion

Networking and Safety: The rally focused on networking, providing a platform for connecting DBAV members and their spouses. Ms. Diep, Vice-Chair of DBAV, and her friends' participation added a touch of prestige to the event. Safety was a priority, emphasized by the instructor's safety briefing before departure. The creation of a WhatsApp group facilitated instant support during the journey.

The DBAV-Land Rover Vietnam car rally successfully blended adventure, networking, and leisure, providing an unforgettable experience for participants. The seamless organization and variety of activities showcased the collaborative efforts of DBAV and Land Rover Vietnam in creating a memorable event for their members.
