Fresh Studio is looking for a passionate and creative Senior Communication Specialist to join their dynamic, international team in Ho Chi Minh City.

This role offers the chance to craft compelling stories that inspire both farmers and consumers toward more sustainable choices, while working alongside experts in agriculture, marketing, and design.

📌 What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute communication strategies for different target audiences: farmers consumers, customers and policymakers at various levels.
• Create engaging content: articles, infographics, videos, social media, and more.
• Collaborate with experts across agriculture, marketing, economics, and design.
• Travel to rural and urban areas to gather insights and drive impact.
• Develop and implement communication campaigns in urban and rural areas.

📌 What They’re Looking For:

• MSc in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic communication, ideally in agriculture/sustainability.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Experience working with all key social media channels, as well as more traditional media (provincial TV stations, newspapers etc.).
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Proactive, curious, and passionate about making a difference.
