Ready to Export Business Award and Appreciation Night 2024 (Final wave)
The final phase of the Ready to Export (R2E) program ran from June to December 2024, starting with an informational webinar that attracted over 250 participants eager to learn about its benefits. During this phase, more than 200 Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from sectors like agriculture, manufacturing, aquaculture, and textiles joined training sessions to boost their capacity to export to Europe and the Netherlands.
Out of these, the R2E team selected 43 outstanding SMEs for one-on-one mentorship. Thanks to the support of the DBAV community and experts from various industries, we connected 27 mentors with these businesses to help them refine their export strategies. Each SME submitted a business plan, which competed for recognition and funding.
A Night to Appreciate and Celebrate!
On December 18, 2024, we held an Appreciation Night to honor the SMEs and mentors who participated in collaboration with the Consulate General of the Netherlands in HCMC. The highlight of the evening was announcing the winners of the R2E Business Plan Competition. The top three winners received R2E funds to bring their plans to life.
R2E Business Plan Competition 2024
The competition judges evaluated each plan based on Business introduction and model, Market analysis, Use of prize money, Application of R2E training insights and Commitment to sustainability
We were impressed by the uniqueness of each business plan and their solutions' keen focus on sustainability. It was clear to us that each participant had effectively integrated their learnings from the R2E program into their plans - shared by Mr. Phuc Nguyen
